Itsuki Yakisoba Noodles with Sauce Set makes it easy to prepare one of Japan’s best-loved stir-fried noodle dishes at home. The pack contains three portions of soft, pre-cooked wheat noodles with individual sachets of rich and fruity Worcestershire-style sauce, creating a distinctive, full-bodied balance of sweet, tangy and savoury flavours.

Complete your yakisoba with chopped vegetables such as onions, green peppers and cabbage. For a meat option, add sliced pork or chicken.

Itsuki is a long-established Japanese noodle maker founded in 1878, offering a wide range of ramen, udon and other Japanese noodles designed to bring an authentic noodle experience into the home.

Preparation Suggestions

1. Heat one tablespoon of cooking oil in a frying pan. If using sliced pork or chicken, add it first and cook until nearly done. Add chopped vegetables such as onions, green peppers and cabbage, then stir-fry until partly softened.
2. Add the noodles to the same pan and fry well, gently loosening noodles.
3. Sprinkle over one sauce sachet per noodle portion and mix thoroughly. Continue stir-frying until everything is evenly coated. Serve hot.

Tip: If the noodles are difficult to separate, add 2–3 tablespoons of water to the pan. Cover with a lid for one minute to soften the noodles, then loosen them gently before adding the sauce.
