The sauce is smooth, creamy and full of comforting umami, with white mushroom, shiitake mushroom and a delicate truffle aroma. The air-dried linguine-style noodles offer a firm and bouncy texture similar to fresh pasta, perfectly complementing the rich creamy mushroom sauce.

It is also easy to customise with extra toppings such as mushrooms, spinach or a soft-boiled egg.

Preparation Suggestions

1. Put Tangle Pasta Noodles and Flakes into about 1⅓ cups (310ml) of boiling water and cook for 4 minutes, stirring frequently.
2. Remove from heat, and then add Sauce and Powder.
3. Stir until the noodles have absorbed the sauce evenly, then enjoy!

If the sauce is too watery or noodles are hard, cook for an additional 1 minute.
