Samyang Buldak Hot Chicken and Cheese Flavour Ramen combines the signature heat of Buldak with a rich and savoury cheese flavour. The thick and chewy noodles hold the thick sauce well, delivering a satisfying balance of fiery chilli, sweet and savoury hot chicken notes and a creamy cheese finish.

Make it even more indulgent by adding shredded mozzarella and allowing it to melt into the hot noodles. A fried egg, sliced spring onions or pieces of sausage can also turn it into a more substantial meal.

Samyang Buldak has built a worldwide following through its distinctive hot chicken sauce and exciting range of spicy noodles. This Cheese variety offers a delicious alternative to the original while keeping the distinctive spicy character that Buldak fans expect.

Preparation Suggestions

1. Add noodles into 600 ml of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
2. Drain all the water, leaving 8 tablespoons.
3. Add the sauce and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
4. Add the powder. Stir well and serve.
