Samyang Ramen is a classic Korean noodle soup featuring chewy noodles in a warming, savoury broth. Gently seasoned with chilli, garlic, onion and black pepper, it offers a balanced spicy kick. Dried carrot, cabbage, bok choy and chives add extra colour and texture.

For an even more satisfying experience, add a soft-boiled egg, sliced spring onions, mushrooms or your favourite vegetables.

First introduced in 1963, Samyang Ramen was South Korea’s first instant ramen. Its comforting broth and approachable flavour make it an enduring Korean favourite and a great introduction to Samyang beyond its famous Buldak noodles.
