Nongshim Shin Ramyun Black offers a richer and more refined take on the much-loved original Shin Ramyun. Its thick, chewy noodles are served in a deeply savoury broth combining red chilli, black pepper, garlic, onion, shiitake mushroom and sesame for a warming, layered flavour.

Two seasoning sachets add extra depth and give the broth a smoother, fuller character, while the dried ingredient mix includes pak choi, shiitake mushrooms and red chilli pieces. Complete your bowl with stir-fried minced beef or pork, a soft-boiled egg, spring onions, mushrooms or fresh pak choi for an even more satisfying meal.

Preparation Suggestions

1. Add noodles and contents of the sachets into 500ml of boiling water.
2. Cook for 4 and 1/2 minutes.
3. Stir well and serve.
