Gran Luchito Tortilla Chips are made with stone-ground whole corn to make the masa dough, using the ancient Mexican technique of nixtamalisation for a rich, authentic corn flavour. The dough is traditionally pressed, sliced into large quarter cuts and quickly fried in 100% sunflower oil for a great crunch.
