Itsuki Tokyo Yuzu Shoyu Ramen combines a traditional Japanese soy sauce broth with the distinctive fragrance of yuzu citrus. Smooth, straight noodles are served in a clear and savoury soup with aromatic notes of sesame, garlic, onion and shiitake mushroom, finished with the refreshing citrus character of yuzu.

Complete your ramen bowl with sliced chashu-style pork, a soft-boiled egg, spring onions, sweetcorn, beansprouts, bamboo shoots and nori.

    Store at room temperature, dry place, avoid direct sunlight. Once opened, consume as soon as possible.

Preparation Suggestions

1. Put a bundle of noodle into 500ml of boiling water (900ml for 2 noodles) and stir gentle.
2. Boil for 2.5 mins, take care not to boil over.
3. Stop the heat. Add soup and mix well. Serve hot.
