Itsuki Udon with Soup makes it easy to prepare a comforting bowl of Japanese-style udon at home. The pack contains three portions of thick, pre-cooked wheat noodles, each with an individual soup sachet. Their smooth, springy texture pairs perfectly with the light yet savoury broth.

Japanese kombu kelp, shiitake mushroom and soya sauce create a gently sweet, umami-rich soup with satisfying depth. Complete your udon bowl with your favourite toppings such as spring onions, sliced mushrooms, tofu and soft-boiled egg. Tempura and a sprinkle of shichimi chilli seasoning also make delicious additions.

Preparation Suggestions

1. Cook noodles in 250ml of boiling water for 1 minute.
2. Loosen noodles and add seasoning sachet. Cook for another 1 minute.
3. Serve noodles and soup in a bowl and add toppings, such as green onion, tempura and egg.
