Nissin Demae Iccho Kyushu Tonkotsu Flavour Instant Noodles bring the rich and comforting character of Japanese pork-bone ramen to a convenient single-serving pack. Thick, springy noodles are paired with a creamy, full-bodied soup featuring savoury pork-bone-inspired flavour and aromatic notes of sesame, soya sauce and garlic.

A separate seasoning sauce adds extra richness and helps recreate the satisfying depth associated with Kyushu-style tonkotsu ramen. For an even more satisfying bowl, add sliced chashu-style pork, a soft-boiled egg, spring onions, bamboo shoots or nori. Alternatively, enjoy it Hong Kong-style with a fried egg and slices of luncheon meat for a simple and comforting meal.

First launched in Japan in 1968, Nissin Demae Iccho has since become one of Hong Kong’s most familiar and much-loved instant noodle brands. We selected this Hong Kong-made version because it delivers the familiar flavour and noodle texture we know and personally enjoy more than the local version commonly found in major UK supermarkets.

Avoid direct sunlight, store in a cool dry place.

Preparation Suggestions

Add noodles into 450ml of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.
Add soup base and seasoning sauce into bowl in advance.
Remove from heat.
Pour hot water into bowl to melt soup base and seasoning sauce, then add noodles.
Finally, stir well and serve.
