Nongshim Shin Ramyun Toomba transforms the famous spicy flavour of Shin Ramyun into a rich and creamy stir-fry-style noodle dish. Thick, chewy noodles are coated in a smooth, full-bodied sauce that balances fiery chilli with savoury notes of garlic, onion, black pepper and shiitake mushroom.

“Toomba” refers to a popular Korean creamy-spicy noodle style inspired by the Shin Ramyun Toowoomba recipe. The original customised recipe became popular by combining Shin Ramyun with creamy ingredients such as milk and cheese, creating a pasta-inspired take on Korea’s famous spicy noodles. Nongshim has recreated that much-loved combination in an easy instant format, delivering a sauce-coated noodle experience that is rich, spicy and satisfyingly creamy.

For an even more satisfying experience, add cooked prawns, crispy bacon, sliced mushrooms, a soft-boiled egg or extra cheese.

Preparation Suggestions

1. Add noodles into 500ml of boiling water.
2. Cook for 3 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and strain the noodles.
4. Add seasoning paste and seasoning powder.
5. Mix well and serve.
