Smooth, straight noodles are served in a creamy and savoury tonkotsu-style soup with pork-inspired flavour and aromatic notes of garlic, onion and soya sauce. The soup captures the full-bodied character of the renowned pork-bone ramen broths of Japan’s Kyushu region while being made without animal-derived ingredients.

Complete your ramen bowl with sliced chashu-style pork, a soft-boiled egg, spring onions, bamboo shoots and nori.

    Store at room temperature, dry place, avoid direct sunlight. Once opened, consume as soon as possible.

Preparation Suggestions

1. Put a bundle of noodle into 500ml of boiling water (900ml for 2 noodles) and stir gentle.
2. Boil for 2.5 mins, take care not to boil over.
3. Stop the heat. Add soup and mix well. Serve hot.
