Nongshim Shin Ramyun Toomba Big Bowl combines the distinctive spicy character of Shin Ramyun with a smooth and creamy sauce. The thick and chewy noodles are coated in a rich mixture of chilli heat and creamy savouriness, creating a satisfying balance between bold spice and comforting richness.

“Toomba” refers to a popular Korean creamy-spicy noodle style inspired by the Shin Ramyun Toowoomba recipe. The original customised recipe became popular by combining Shin Ramyun with creamy ingredients such as milk and cheese, creating a pasta-inspired take on Korea’s famous spicy noodles. Nongshim has recreated that much-loved combination in an easy instant format, delivering a sauce-coated noodle experience that is rich, spicy and satisfyingly creamy.

The sauce-coated format gives Toomba a thicker and creamier finish than regular Shin Ramyun soup noodles, while the big bowl makes it particularly convenient for a quick lunch, study break or easy meal at home.

Preparation Suggestions

Method 1:
1. Open lid halfway and remove the two seasoning powders.
2. Poul 400ml of hot water into the bowl (enough to fully cover the noodle).
3. Wait for 3 minutes with the lid closed.
4. Pierce the markings on the lid and drain water through the holes.
5. Add two seasoning powders and stir well.

Method 2 - Microwave:
1. Remove the lid completely, add the seasoning powder (1)
2. Pour boiling water up to the inside line.
3. Cook in the microwave (1000W) for 2 minutes.
4. Add the seasoning powder (2) and stir well.
